Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations, required.
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams to identify, plan and complete projects within operations.
• Support documentation, standardization and measurement of key processes for quality improvement.
• Provide internal customer support to branches, treasury management and lending personnel.
• Help develop and implement operational plans, policies and procedures for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive automation and effective use of technology.
• Attend meetings and contribute to cross-functional initiatives and benchmark best practices.
