Acuity Inc. is seeking an experienced Orders Operations professional to optimize the Orders department's processes, metrics, surveys, and policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on identifying, ranking, and executing improvement opportunities, while training subject matter experts and advocating policies to improve operational efficiency. Hybrid role based in Atlanta with 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in business, operations, or process improvement.
• Solid understanding of industry specifics and business strategies.
• Assertive; able to direct systems, processes, and policy.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Reporting experience preferred, not required.
• Customer empathy and advocacy.

Responsabilités

• Own Orders team operations and SOX-related approvals.
• Manage Orders Team Calendar, Cadence, Content; deadlines and delivery.
• Track KPIs and monthly operating results; align with leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve connectivity, SLAs, and accountability.
• Lead process improvements and policy rollout across departments.
