Acuity Inc. is seeking a driven Order Operations professional to lead the Orders department’s processes and policy improvements.

You will own access management, measure KPIs, and partner with Product, Supply Chain, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing to improve connectivity, service levels, and accountability in customer interactions. The role emphasizes policy effectiveness, process documentation, and training of subject matter experts as part of rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or certifications.

Responsabilités

• Operational ownership and access management; SOX compliance approvals.
• Manage Orders Team Calendar, Cadence, Content and deadlines.
• Track KPIs and monthly operating results for Orders and ABL leadership.
• Use data-driven approaches to validate problems and drive improvements.
