Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and implement operational best practices.
• Standardize workflows across departments.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Manage operational projects from planning through execution.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives.

• Prepare reports and insights for executive leadership.
• Assist with strategic planning initiatives.
• Partner closely with Finance, Client Success, HR, IT, Operations, Implementation, Compliance.
• Manage relationships with operational vendors.
• Evaluate and recommend software platforms.
• Support system implementations and integrations.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
