Job summary

You will own processes, policies, KPIs, surveys, and policy improvements that directly impact customer experience, while advocating for users across internal teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in business, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of industry specifics and business strategies.
• Ability to lead on systems, processes, and policy decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Experience collecting, accessing, and interpreting data to provide insights (preferred).
• Leadership experience with ability to influence and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Orders department operations, metrics, surveys, and policy improvements.
• Manage Orders Team Calendar, Cadence, Content, and communications.
• Develop KPIs and monthly operating results for leadership alignment.
• Use a data-driven approach to validate problems, measure solution effectiveness, and drive accountability.
