Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning, organizing and controlling department activities to meet objectives.
• Assists in developing and implementing operational plans, policies and procedures to improve scalability, automation and efficiency.
• Collaborates with leaders to drive change for scalability and automation.
• Maintains policies, SOX control documentation, risk assessments and other controls within assigned areas.
• Fosters relationships across the bank to ensure collaboration and effective communication.
• Attends meetings and partnerships with other business lines of the bank.
• Supports training of team members on tasks and workload management.
• Promotes teamwork and strong customer service while maintaining professionalism.
