The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years of relevant experience; a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail store accounting, administrative, and human resources procedures preferred.
• Regular, dependable attendance is required with 8–10 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-store accounting procedures, cash and funds, timekeeping, and payroll transmissions.
• Maintain store files and a steady stock of office supplies; partner with HR and Store Management on hiring and onboarding.
• Balance tills, prepare deposits, and generate daily financial reports.
• Support front-end security, training of new employees, and cross-functional duties as needed.
• Pull sales reports and stay updated on procedures, policies, and benefits.
