• Read, interpret, and transcribe data for records accurately.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail under deadlines.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and intermediate PC skills.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain confidentiality of records and reports within scope of position.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding, including scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and managing applicant records in Workday.
• Facilitate new associate orientation and ensure timely completion of required documentation and training.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and assisting with paperwork.
• Process sales and auction paperwork, including DMV documentation and dealer registration.
• Handle cash management tasks, including deposits, safe handling and multiple payment types.
• Support Business Office operations and mentor new associates as needed.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
