Responsibilities
- Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability.
- Recruit/hire residential and commercial pest, termite, and lawn technicians.
- Evaluate technician performance through audits and ride-alongs.
- Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
- Monitor scheduling and staffing to minimize gaps.
- Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory of pest control products.
