Job summary

You will hire, develop, and supervise staff, manage budgets and cash controls, coordinate procurement, and monitor facility maintenance and safety compliance.

This role requires quick problem solving, strong communication with clients, and the ability to implement policies to maximize profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong commitment to delivering top-tier customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience developing budgets and reviewing P&L is a plus.
• Able to react and solve problems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash controls, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties (A/P, payroll, petty cash).
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and improve safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
