SP+, a Metropolis company, is transforming parking with AI and checkout-free experiences. We seek a Senior Operations Manager to oversee facilities operations, lead a team, manage budgets, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring exceptional service and compliance across 23,000 employees and 4,000 locations.

You will drive profitability through operations, marketing coordination, and risk management, while mentoring staff and upholding SP+ standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience leading, managing and motivating teams.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly.
• Experience developing budgets and reviewing P&Ls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation with effective leadership and client relationships.
• Deliver premier customer service to clients and supervise frontline staff.
• Manage revenue development, marketing, cash controls and expenses.
• Oversee budgeting, procure vendor services, and perform general accounting tasks.
• Identify staffing needs, hire, train and develop team members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
