Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an Operations Manager in Miami to lead a diverse team and ensure exceptional client service in parking operations. You will oversee staffing, training, safety, cash control, and budget management to deliver reliable, profitable service.

This role requires hands-on leadership, budget awareness, and ability to improve processes. You will collaborate with security, maintenance, and procurement to maintain high standards and compliance with OSHA regulations

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
• Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by solving problems creatively.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office); ability to learn internal software programs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns promptly and communicate improvements to clients.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team; determine staffing levels to maintain service quality.
• Ensure parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, budget management, and cost controls.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash duties as needed.
• Monitor facility maintenance to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws through adopted policies and procedures.
