Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
