Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekend work if required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitates the flow of traffic.
• Assist customers in making payment to automated revenue control equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and surrounding areas.
• Handle transactions and provide accurate change.
• Provide directions and assist customers to reach their destinations.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Present a professional appearance and arrive on time for shifts.
