Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes safety, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and strong leadership across direct and indirect reports.

You will partner with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to optimize line performance, reduce downtime, and deliver annual operating goals. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least seven years of similar operations manufacturing management experience.
• Experience overseeing production in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing environments.
• FDA regulated environments.
• Experience leading direct and indirect reports with at least 100 total reports.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Budget management.
• ERP experience.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategy using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead coaching, hiring, onboarding, and qualification programs for manufacturing staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to eliminate equipment failures and support preventive maintenance.
• Oversee capital investments, budgeting, and long-term site growth.
