Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum seven years of operations/manufacturing management experience.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments (pharma, personal care, food or beverage).
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations with at least 100 total reports.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma (5S, Kaizen, standard work).
• Leads hiring, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning.
• Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics for site objectives and new product launches.
• Manages budgets, labor planning, and operating expenses; advises site leadership on growth.
