Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing site on 24/7 operations, driving safety, quality, and cost objectives.

You will coach supervisors, manage Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, collaborate across maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics, and oversee budgeting, capacity planning, and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing operations management.
• Experience overseeing production in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage.
• FDA regulated environments experience.
• Experience leading 100 direct and indirect reports.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Budget management.
• ERP experience.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 fast-paced manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning for site teams.
• Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics on site objectives.
• Oversees budgets, labor planning and capital investments to improve efficiency.
