SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead a diverse team and oversee daily parking operations, security, and cash controls.

You will hire and develop staff, manage staffing levels, handle budgeting and P&L review, coordinate vendor needs, and ensure OSHA compliance while delivering a superior client experience and driving profitability across the site. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Demonstrates ability to lead a diverse team.
• Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience and satisfaction.
• Prior experience developing budgets and reviewing P&L is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and internal programs.

Responsabilités

• Resolve client requests efficiently and communicate improvements.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team; determine staffing levels for quality service.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash controls, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash tasks.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA policies and procedures.
