Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks an Operations Manager to lead a diverse team and oversee parking operations at our Jacksonville location. You will develop staffing, ensure security and cash controls, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth while maintaining safety standards and OSHA compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, client-focused service, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with budgeting and P&L is a bonus. This is a full-time on-site position in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team; determine staffing levels.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims; implement safety improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
