SP+, a Metropolis company, is an AI-powered parking solutions provider. We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead a diverse team, ensure exceptional client experience, and manage daily operations in our Tampa location.

You will oversee staffing, training, budget adherence, cash controls, vendor management, and safety compliance while driving profitable operations. A valid driver’s license is required, and 60k-65k annual salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Able to react and solve problems quickly.
• Experience using computer applications; able to learn internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring moments matter for clients, resolving requests and proactively communicating improvements.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team to meet staffing, service, and daily duties.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Implement policies to ensure OSHA compliance.
