Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® in Tallahassee, FL is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and maintaining Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant operations.

Your role includes enforcing policies, managing cash, opening and closing, deploying crewmembers, and delivering exemplary customer service while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Uses tools and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition program for Crewmembers.
• Authorizes manager-approved functions (discounts, promotions, etc.).
• Ensures cleanliness and proper operating order.
