Job summary

Raising Cane's in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Operations Manager (OM) to support the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture across all restaurant operations.

You will execute restaurant operations functions, act as manager on duty, manage cash handling, enforce policies, deploy crewmembers, ensure safety and cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces policies and standards
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift
• Provides exemplary customer service
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the Restaurant
• Completes other duties as assigned
