Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager to drive strategy execution across a defined market and product line in the Dundee/Michigan area. You will focus on employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer service levels, and retention in a safety-conscious environment.

You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with regional teams to optimize resources. A strong background in operations, leadership, and cost control is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Drive and monitor P&L targets and budgets.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity and cost control.
• Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality customer service and operational excellence.
