Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Develop productivity plans via forecasts and load-balancing.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives.
• Handle lifting up to 49 pounds; stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Work in variable temperatures and loud environments.
