Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States (VA - Clear Brook). You will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent, ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and performance.

You will drive improvements through data-driven decisions and coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet business objectives. You will manage workflows across first mile, middle mile, and last mile, while maintaining customer delivery promises and continuous growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
