Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly workers, ensuring safety, quality, and performance. You will drive data-driven improvements, manage partnerships across Safety, Engineering and HR, and support customer delivery promises in a dynamic fulfillment network.

You will oversee large-scale projects, forecast productivity, and balance workloads while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing with leaders.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts.
