Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a mix of salaried and hourly staff at our Crest Hill, IL facility. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring on-time delivery to the right location.

You will mentor teams, manage large-scale projects, and apply data-driven decisions to boost productivity. The role includes lifting up to 49 pounds and long shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Work in variable temperatures and weather conditions.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
