You will mentor staff and coordinate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet business objectives while ensuring on-time customer deliveries.

Responsibilities include leading projects with site and regional impact and maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Load balance by forecasting and partnering with Leaders on productivity plans.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 49 pounds.
• Work in variable noise and temperature environments typical of delivery stations.
