Responsabilidades

• Participate in a structured training program covering store management aspects, including operations, customer service, sales and profitability.
• Assist in supervising associates and guiding selling behaviors to support service needs and policy adherence.
• Learn planning of merchandise placement, signing, and inventory integrity while supporting daily financial operations.
• Perform opening/closing MOD duties and uphold SOPs, safety compliance, and shrink mitigation.
• Follow safety policies and hazmat procedures at all times.
