• Experience leading store operations and night-shift activities is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with NRMs and store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example to drive customer service and associate engagement.
• Participate in structured training covering retail store management, staffing, and performance processes.
