Job summary

The Home Depot is offering a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) program in which you will gain hands-on experience with overnight freight operations, store safety, and leadership development. You will train under Store Manager and ASMs to learn staffing, scheduling, and performance management.

During up to a 6-week training, you will focus on mastering OASM responsibilities, collaborating with NRMs, and preparing for a future Assistant Manager role within the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3 years of work experience in retail or store operations.
• Preferred leadership experience in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight freight operations and maintain SOP adherence.
• Lead customer service and associate engagement; resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Manage opening/closing duties and store-wide policies compliance.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and inventory support with partners.
• Participate in a structured training program for the Assistant Manager role.
