Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store Service Operations and production, including reconditioning and automotive service.
• Manage staffing, performance, and development plans across multiple managers.
• Own P&L and cost controls, driving efficiency and safety.
