AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead branch operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of home medical equipment and services. You will collaborate with leadership and community partners to improve patient care, while managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance in a compliant environment.

The role requires an associate degree and at least five years in HME leadership, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Healthcare/insurance/claims experience preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and lead logistics staff to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and collaboration with leaders to meet goals.
• Address service concerns and drive improvements in patient experience.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to align resources with organizational goals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and implement safety protocols.
