Qualifications

• Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong customer focus to deliver best possible client experience.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and proactively communicate improvements.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs.
• Perform general accounting duties (accounts payable, payroll, petty cash).
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws.
