Job summary

Sky Zone Operations is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution, supervise frontline team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coach in real time, manage scheduling and labor targets, and partner with the GM on safety and operational improvements.

The role requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced venues, proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and reporting dashboards, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing daily operations in a high-volume, guest-facing setting.
• Strong communication skills with feedback and coaching abilities.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and supporting operational goals; immediate on-floor coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily park execution, including staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Oversee Shift Flow and safety procedures; collaborate with GM on labor strategy and safety.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training; ensure energy, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
