Job summary

SP+ is a leading parking and mobility company leveraging AI to power checkout-free experiences. We seek a strong operations leader to drive client satisfaction, staff development, and profitability across our Walnut Creek location.

You’ll manage a diverse team, enforce security and cash controls, and oversee budgeting and vendor procurement while ensuring OSHA compliance and high service standards. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Leads and motivates a diverse team to deliver outstanding service.
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and client satisfaction focus.
• Experience developing budgets and reviewing Profit & Loss statements.
• Ability to react quickly and solve problems under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and communicate proactively to improve operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise a diverse, Promise-driven team and establish staffing levels.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash duties.
