The role focuses on profitability through revenue development, procurement, and budget oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and comfort with MS Office, payroll, and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and proactively communicating improvements.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse, Promise-driven team and staff appropriately.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, market improvements, and expense reviews.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety plans to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws through established policies and procedures.
