Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office, drive patient satisfaction, and oversee staff performance. The role includes a ten-week training program and opportunities for growth within our dental service organization.

You will manage patient services, verify insurance, review financials, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality care and profitability while upholding our standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all office operations in support of doctors to build trust with patients.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit & loss to support goals.
• Lead daily huddles to align team and optimize patient experience and performance.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
