Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all operations to support doctors and patient care.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss.
• Lead daily huddles to align team goals and improve patient experience.
