Aspen Dental is seeking an Operations Manager (Dental Office Manager) to lead the office and support the doctors in delivering high-quality patient care. You will oversee daily operations and patient experience at the practice level in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes a ten-week training program, staff development, and performance reviews. A collaborative culture and incentive earnings accompany a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
• A people centric leader who motivates and inspires others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all office operations in support of the doctors to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients
• Participate in a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, policies, regulations, and standards
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verify insurance payment and collections
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to company goals and increase profitability
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with team to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance
• Additional tasks as required
