You will participate in a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge, enabling growth within the organization.

The role emphasizes superior patient service, staff management, insurance coordination, and driving profitability, with an incentive-based earnings structure on top of base salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office operations in support of doctors.
• Hire, develop and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results and drive profitability.
• Lead daily huddles and optimize patient experience.
• Additional tasks as required.
