Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a mixed team of salaried and hourly staff, driving safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will mentor colleagues, run productivity plans, and partner with Safety, Engineering, and HR to align with business objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of management experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends/nights/holidays

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
