Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while using data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.

You will mentor a diverse workforce, manage large-scale projects, and collaborate with safety, engineering, HR, and quality teams to meet business objectives. This role requires flexibility including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with safety, engineering, loss prevention, quality assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 49 pounds.
