Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst to help service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans. The role requires interpreting complex loan terms, ensuring compliance with loan documents, and supporting reporting to stakeholders.

The position may be eligible for remote work in select locations, with occasional in-office participation as needed. Candidates should have 4+ years of related experience and an Associates degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related business or functional experience typically expected.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring loan documents and transactions are correctly processed.
• Analyzes and interprets complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
• May review loan payments, escrows and reserve disbursements and assist in periodic reporting.
• Maintains accurate servicing records and supports onboarding of new loans or transitions.
• Performs covenant compliance testing and contributes to risk mitigation efforts.
