Job summary

PNC’s Midland organization seeks a Loan Analyst to support the servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS and agency loans. You will analyze complex loan agreements and ensure servicing activities align with agreements, policies, and regulations. The role involves documentation, reporting, and potential onboarding of new loans.

Remote work may be allowed in select locations with approval; occasional in-office presence may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Experience with CRE/loan servicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing.
• Review and process loan payments, escrows, and disbursements.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records in the servicing system.
• Assist in onboarding new loans and transition of paid-off loans.
