Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Loan Support Analyst in the Midland region to assist in servicing commercial real estate loans, including CMBS and agency loans. You will process borrower requests, analyze loan terms, and maintain accurate servicing records.

The role supports delinquency monitoring, collections, and reporting, with potential remote work in select locations and no visa sponsorship. A strong background in loan documentation and risk management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail are essential for loan servicing and compliance.
• Knowledge of CRE loan documentation, covenants, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external parties on complex loans.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans incl. CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
• Review loan payments, escrows, and reserve disbursements; assist in periodic reporting.
• Maintain accurate servicing records; onboard new loans and support tax/insurance administration.
• Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts and assist with risk mitigation.
