Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience, Preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages Advanced, Required.
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics Beginner, Required.

Responsibilities

• Quality customer interface and proactive customer management to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the rental department for maximum utilization.
• Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads while following policy and processes.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, vehicle status updates, and technician planning.
