Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Operations Trainee in Little Rock, AR, to support shop management, cost savings, and customer retention. You will work across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management to develop your operations and fleet maintenance background.

The role offers a fast-paced, growth-oriented path with relocation after training and a strong benefits package. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year in customer service with issue

One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage customer relationship activities with quality interface and satisfaction.
Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and increased satisfaction.
Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
Ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize running costs and maintenance overhead.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; plan technician work for efficiency.
