Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheet and word processing tools.

Responsabilités

• Support shop management and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
• Oversee PM scheduling, vehicle status updates and technician work planning; ensure policy compliance and cost control.
