Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service with issues resolution preferred.
• Strong PC skills including spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer relationship activities with quality interface, proactive management, issue resolution, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
• Ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, vehicle status updates, and technician work planning.
